We were disappointed with a few aspects of our stay. The check-in process was a bit confusing and the language barrier made it difficult to communicate. Additionally, the noise level in the hotel was a bit too high at times, making it difficult to sleep soundly. Lastly, the lack of variety for breakfast was a downside, as there were no options for fresh fruit or yogurt.
